Hello everyone. My name is Viwe and i am a recovering Janet Jackson addict/stalker. The R&B icon and girlfriend (but she does not know that) will bring her Up Close and Personal tour to my country in November.
The Independent Online quotes Jackson as saying: “I will be as up close and personal as possible. These concerts are not about special effects. This is a love affair between me and those of you who have supported me and my work for all these years. I’ll be singing and dancing from my heart."She will perform in Johannesburg (Montecasino) on November 11 and 12, and in Cape Town (GrandWest) on November 15. How sick is this? She is performing around the same time as my end of the year exams.
Janet last performed in South Africa in 1998 for her Velvet Rope tour, which i missed too because i was in the bush (that is a story for another day). The day the tour was announced i had friends call and text to let me know. I guess my obsession was public knowledge. So what if i know most of her songs, from which album they are part of an what track number they are - off memory. Everyone knows that general knowledge....right?
So i had to make a really tough decision, to go without a dose of some Janet and focus on my exams. Good decision, right? right?

I listen to gospel music a lot and it boost my spirit. I love hill songs and I have all of their collection so I think I understand your love for Janet.
