Thought For The Day

I don't know how many times i have watched the above video. There are so many lessons to be learned from it. For me right now, it is a reminder of how short life is. Sometimes we get so caught up in the petty things and the things that matter most are lost in the things that matter least. We choose that. We can undo it too. We can truly live as if each day is our last. I know it sounds very cliche but o how true it is...

I stand for correction on this quote but I think it was Mahatma Gandhi who said" forgiveness is an attribute of the righteouss"
This is one priciple that I always look at and think how hard it must have been for the Saviour when He suffered on the cross and how easy it was for Him to utter the words"forgive them for they know not what they do"

It is sad how we go through pain, suffering and anger over the hurt caused by those we thought loved us,It becomes even harder when the Lord says "forgive" I think this is where the tares are separated from the wheat. Am I going to let the problem to be solved become more important than a person to be loved and forgiven? What about my pain? This is an interesting clip and thought. It is something inspiring to start a day with.

Indeed, life is too short, we never know what will happen tommorow, today should be our perfect gift to do all we can not carry it overnight with unsettled issues...how easy this sounds!
